Process of applying for a USA H-4 Dependent Visa
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is the sole institution that issues the H4 visa to the spouse and their children who are below 21 years of H-1B visa holders. This visa allows the immediate family members to lawfully migrate to the U.S. there are many cases of families living apart for many years as the breadwinner of the family is in another country pursuing his/her career. The next step is to fill an online form know as DS-160 which is required by US consulates all over the globe. This form must be completed online for the applicant to qualify to the next step. There will be two appointment dates set where at the first date the US consulate will take biometric information as well as digital photographs. The second appointment is when the US visa interview process commences and payments of the visa application made.
